We encourage parents to use our online service.  You will receive confirmation of your visit in as little as a few hours if the form is received during normal business hours (Mon - Fri, 9am - 3pm), and the maximum turn around time will be 2 days.  If you have questions about how many days you are entitled to use, booking for holidays, or admission and discharge times, please see our booking guidelines.
